Pets Policy (Cats and Dogs)
- No more than 2 pets (1 dog + 1 cat OR 2 cats)
- Dogs to be over 1 year (NO Puppies)
- Dogs to be housbroken and curbed when walked
- Cats to be litter-trained (no outside cats)
- No aggressive breed dogs*; up to 50 lbs.
- Dogs 25 lbs. or less: $30/mo.
- Dogs 26-50 lbs. $40/mo.
NOTE: Aggressive Breed to be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis by Management.
